Golden Point Padel offers a comprehensive, hassle-free solution for transforming your space into a thriving Padel facility. We will cover 100% of the capital costs for planning, construction, materials, and equipment, as well as any ongoing maintenance costs related to the Padel facility.

In exchange, Golden Point Padel will enter into a lease agreement (agreed in advance) with a minimum term of 10 years. We will retain 100% of the revenue from court bookings and equipment sales, while all food and beverage income generated at the facility will remain with you. Let us take care of the development and operations while you enjoy a steady stream of revenue.
